“ I would have shown the popcorn chicken, but the page refreshed and my photo didn’t save to the gallery. I was hungry so I dug into the popcorn chicken right away! The popcorn chicken (12 pieces, part of a Father’s Day special) was a very sweet gesture by the staff to mention—even though I’m not a father (nor will I ever be). I had actually come, unbeknownst to her, to celebrate my brother with a little Father’s Day treat since he lives in the area. As for the popcorn chicken itself—I wouldn’t exactly call it tasty; the texture and flavour felt quite processed, more like something that might appeal to kids. It also didn’t have much crunch, which I would have liked. That said, I’m still glad she kindly offered me the chance to try both popcorn chicken and chicken strips for the price of one—a very thoughtful gesture. The chicken strips (3 pieces) were better in comparison—more seasoning and a better overall texture. For my drink, I ordered a Passion Fruit Earl Grey Tea (large, little ice—though it was marked as no ice on the label, it was prepared exactly as I wanted). That gets a from me! Very complimentary flavours—the combo I chose worked really well. I hadn’t tried this specific mix before, though I’ve never been disappointed by their drinks in the past, and this one lived up to it too. I had also ordered a macaron (which came out beautifully). It didn’t arrive with the rest of my order, so after a little while I rang the bell and called out: “I didn’t get my macaron that I ordered!” The staff member was in the back and may have thought I was another customer waiting to order. Once I clarified, she remembered she hadn’t prepared it yet and apologized sincerely. It had gotten quite busy after I arrived—what can I say, I must bring the train behind me! Given the rush, I’d gently suggest they consider hiring someone to help in the back during those peak moments — it would really help the flow. As for the macaron itself—it was delightful and rich with flavour! They weren’t stingy at all with the filling—the middle bit was generous and luscious. Absolutely worth it. Previously, I’ve also tried their cake pops—those were very nice as well! Another good little treat I’d happily recommend. Overall, my order came to under $20 CAD, which I found very reasonable for the variety I got. ”

“ This place is really amazing, I went there twice and so far I have got the best. To be honest staff(I guess her name is Aneeta) in charge was very polite and helpful in suggesting good flavoured drinks. Atmosphere is very soothing and pleasing, anyone can order a drink, relax and enjoy.Its quite a peaceful place compared to other places. Really like thier Mango Smoothie With Mango jelly toppings. It was really tasty. I look forward to try out more drinks from here. ”

“ Had such a wonderful experience at Palgong Tea in Brantford! A special shoutout to Poonam, who made our visit absolutely delightful. She patiently and kindly explained all the different drink combinations, gave us thoughtful suggestions on what works best, and even let us sample different bobas to find our favorite. I ordered the taro milk tea, and you could tell she made it with love and care — the flavor was spot on, the sweetness level was perfect, and it was just so refreshing. The place itself is small and cozy, perfect for a relaxing drink break. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the amazing drinks, but for the friendly and welcoming service. “ One of the best additions since the end of 2023! I love the different varieties of drinks such as their wonderful Signatures, smoothies, ades, milk Teas, and fruit Teas! My personal favorite is the Strawberry Cheesecake milk tea:D I only have a few suggestions. 1. I hope that the hours will change from 7 pm to at least 9 pm. I feel like it'll be more beneficiary for both the company and the customers. 2. I think they're trying to go for the minimalist look but compared to Momoko, Palgong is nothing awesome in terms of decor and atmosphere! Overall, love the place and would recommend it as it is a good place to chill with friends or by yourself and enjoy the best drinks and snacks Palgong has to offer! ”

“ As a regular at Palgong Tea, I’m always impressed by the quality of their drinks, and the Black Sugar Milk Tea with tapioca is one of my favorites. The drink is consistently delicious with the perfect balance of creamy sweetness and chewy tapioca pearls. What makes my visits even better is the outstanding customer service. Poonam, the salesperson, was very friendly and attentive during my recent visit. She ensured my order was prepared quickly and always adds a personal touch to the experience. Her warm attitude and attention to detail make every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend both the drinks and the excellent service! ”

“ Hidden gem close to downtown.. We took advantage of their Easter Promo and tried their desserts! The cheesecake and tiramisu were so yummy! It's worth every penny!! My son ordered his usual Black Sugar Milk Tea, which was amazing as always.. My husband ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake Milk Tea, and it was soooo good!! I wanted to try the Jakeman's Maple Milk Tea, and it was perfect! It's not too sweet and everything is such a good treat for the family!! Will definitely keep coming back!! Amazing customer service and friendly owner and staff too!! Highly recommended!! ”

“ First time trying their bubble tea yesterday and we got the mango tea, taro milk tea and mango smoothie! We loved the taro and mango tea, but didn’t expect the sweetness/creaminess on the mango smoothie but the owner was so kind to go above and beyond by replacing us with a new drink the next day (it was even better by the way)!
